Terrible
1. They CONSTANTLY forget meals. The amount of times I've received 8 meals instead of the 10 that I paid for is insane. 2. Ever since about a month or two ago, there has been this weird chemical taste in all of the food. I've also had weird crunchy sand-like textures in the food. I don't trust the cleanliness of their kitchen anymore. 3. They changed their packaging to some obnoxious split design, without asking, and as a result you're getting heavier packaging and less actual food in the meals (lower than the advertised weight by about 20g on average. It's also incredibly annoying to use. 4. Regardless of what meals you ask for in your plan, they deliver whatever they feel like instead. I.e. If you ask for "2x A meal", "2x B meal", "2x C meal", you might get "5x A meal", "1x B meal", "0x C meal". 5. Support either take forever to respond, or do not respond at all. It's been nearly a week and I'm still waiting to hear back about a refund for the meals they continuously miss. I've notified support of these problems, they don't care. This company has gone downhill so incredibly fast since I first signed up around a year ago.
