Complaining again...still no satisfaction !
Well..I have put in complaints and negative reviews everywhere that I can think of to no avail. Received my two bikes 10 days after the promised date, (not too big of a deal). One arrived with a defective non working battery. After no less then 27 emails and almost 7 weeks my wife still has a useless bike. I've received a couple of bike bags to shut me up. But still no battery. They did offer to exchange the bike, but required me to send them 300.00 for the exchange. Stating that the money was only to guarantee the return of the first bike. How would I ever trust this thieving untrustworthy fraudulent company to ever refund my 300.00 ? The worst company I've dealth with in my 70 years for sure. And I hope that they don't issue the standard pre written response to my complaint. That'll just piss me off even further. I do like the one bike that I can ride, but encourage NO ONE to voluntarily purchase a bike from the company. They have not offered a full refund as of yet. I'm just shocked at the attitude after the sale by this horrible company.
