Good for a couple of expensive items
I’ve been going straight to superbuy for the past year or so, but tried out cssbuy a few months ago because i was tired of the hidden 10% extra fee superbuy adds to your haul. the customer service team replies pretty quickly and is kind and efficient with queries despite being a small team. however, it wouldn’t be my new first option for a lot of things. i only ever really buy clothes, shoes, accessories, and cosmetics, so can only speak for those. i would definitely choose ccsbuy if i was buying 1-3 more expensive items and didn’t want to pay an extra 10% on them. i would only do this with so few because i find there aren’t many shipping options. i shipped my haul out in july so maybe it has improved since then, but there were only a few options and they were way more costly than what i’m used to on superbuy. makeup items also really limit your choices, with only long shipping times available. to ship a small eyeshadow palette alone was £18 so i ended up requesting they return it to the seller, which they kindly did even though the return period was over. i also had problems using the service on iphone, constantly having to switch between the app and web browser to complete actions like topping up balance, checking out, and writing the invoice. if you’re using the service for a couple of heftier purchases it’s definitely worth it, but for cheap items i’ll just stick with superbuy as i find it more efficient.
