I recently received the Big Magic Pro, and I’m thrilled to try it out and share my experience later. For now, I want to highlight the amazing customer service I’ve received💕. I’ve interacted with the team multiple times before when purchasing the Spooky2 Rife machine and various accessories, and every time, they’ve exceeded my expectations. In my experience, their service is incredibly helpful, quick, and responsive at every stage of the ordering process. What really stands out is how attentive and polite they are—they genuinely listen and go above and beyond to meet inquiries or concerns. For instance, during my most recent order, they remembered that I had received a slightly defective Spooky2 Remote in my purchase over a year ago. Without me even mentioning it, they offered to include a replacement remote with my new order, as promised back then. I was so pleasantly surprised by this thoughtful gesture🙏💕. Everything about the process, from placing the order to delivery, was exactly as promised.
