The top up delivery is very slow, took a few hours ------------------------- Took your team that "fast" to reply this message from 11/11/2023 till now 13/04/2026. Can see why your top up that fast too LOL!

Long waiting time
The top up duration took more then 3-4hours. When they advertise 24/7 instant top up. Also don't do not allow cancellation due to they delay. Customer enquire your services is your duty to fulfil, by telling client due to ur supplier delay that cant achieve the expectation, at least list it on your website. If due to event there might be delay more then 4-5 or 8-10hours or more. For user if you able to read this might consider some other top up platform which alot cheaper then them by 10-12%. With 500-1000 trustable review.
