I've read other reviews and most of them have a lot in common. I agree with the following as well. There are the common positive lines: - Customer service and product quality are mainly praised after the purchase, but before the products arrive. - The products of the online store look especially high-quality and handsome in the photos and descriptions. - The selection of products is sufficient and the purchase process is fast and easy. - There are many discounts in the online store and the overall price level is favorable. - Online store newsletter and promotional emails work well and individually. - Most customers are almost satisfied with delivery deadlines. There are somewhat understandable problems: - The quality of products from different manufacturers varies greatly. - Product sizes do not always correspond to the measurement table given in the online store. - The shipment tracking system is relatively unintelligible and does not respond in real time. And now the common negative lines: - Reviews with honest product criticism are not published in the online store (my account was even blocked). - The ticket form for returning and exchanging products does not work and is practically impossible to do. - After confirming the delivery of the order, it is impossible to contact customer support. - Customer support only responds to a low rating on trustpilot.com. - Those who have finally managed to return the product have had misunderstandings with the amount of money to be returned. As some previous writers have noted, the OUKU online store would be like a system created to sell more, but not take responsibility. It is not enough if the buyer is only contacted after giving a low rating on trustpilot.com! These answers are also not convincing because the standard copy/paste answer is used. I have also personally received a promotional email promising bonus money for a high rating with a link to trustpilot.com! I hope this summary is a little helpful in making a purchase decision!
