Extremely high profit margin that squeezing the customers
It only came to my attention that Rail Ninja was charging us 100% profit margin from the actual rail ticket from South Korea compare to buy directly. Are we going to return to buy any tickets from Rail Ninja? Definitely is a NO-NO. We do not mind to pay extra 10-20% extra from the actual ticket, but additional 100% or double the actual ticket selling from Ko-rail company, it was profiteering. Milking your customers for your short-term gains.
