Is there a zero star
Is there a zero star? Such a scam . Just like the other reviews , they claimed it was delivered , then “ we are looking into it” then “ please be patient while we investigate with carrier”. Always they would say “ Allow 3-5 days for our response “. I ordered in august and now it is October. When I asked for a refund they offered 30 percent refund or to re-ship. I said neither . Please fully refund .to which they responded “ we have re-shipped your item . And now there is no response or tracking number at all. So very angry . Don’t order from this company .
