Outstanding support!
First of all, I would like to give recognition to Tetiana, for all of the research and support that she provided in getting me up and running. I was having an extremely hard time getting the AI Assistant to stay visible on my screen. Sometimes it would be there and other times it wouldn't. Tetiana looked into my account and settings and with some instruction would get my software working correctly. It turns out that I was also having a problem with my fiber optic connection and had to have a tech come out to repair it. Once he was finished everything ran perfectly! All in all, I can rest assured that Skylum has outstanding support people available to assist you with your needs.
