G2G good, Seller bad.
I bought a boost from 'BoostRoom' i don't know if i was just unlucky but the boost was a complete waste of time. The booster made no effort to complete the order, after 4 days he'd done what i had managed on other characters in a couple of hours. I contacted BoostRoom and they were useless, very unprofessional and then blocked my refund request, lied about the prices, lied about the deal i got, lied about how long it was going to take and gloated that G2G would rule any support request in their favour as they've sold on the site for 10 years and "know how it all works". At first, the support from G2G was sketchy, i followed instructions to request a refund from the seller (which they blocked) then waited 48 hours to escalate, unfortunately after 48 hours the escalation button disappeared.... i then emailed G2G support with all of the proof of the above, then waited with little hope.. however they were brilliant, and within an hour or so of sending the email, the seller contacted me to say that they'd be giving me a full refund, and i received an email from G2G confirming it, so clearly they had contacted the seller and put him in his place. The next day the money was in my bank and G2G support had been in touch again just conforming everything. G2G Support 4 *, would be 5 but the escalation button needs fixing.. BoostRoom 0 * - so overall, 3 * It would also been good to know if anything actually happens to the seller for situations like this, because they really let the platform down.
