Highly recommend YogaRenew for anyone…
Highly recommend YogaRenew for anyone looking to learn more about Yoga and to become a Yoga trainer. I feel like the 200 hr course was very informative and they covered all bases from Philosophy to the mat. And bonus is the learning information and videos are there for a lifetime to go back to and refresh. Can't wait to get started teaching now that I have completed the 200 HR course.
