Avoid Wow Angel at all costs. My parcel was left unattended on my doorstep and was stolen. Instead of taking responsibility, Wow Angel refused to refund me and repeatedly directed me back to TikTok. What I found most concerning was that they offered me a £17.60 “goodwill refund” only if I deleted my honest TikTok review first. Their message states: “Please delete the review first… we’ll arrange the gift immediately after confirming the review is removed.” I have screenshots of the entire conversation. I refused to remove an honest review in exchange for money. Once I challenged this, there was no meaningful attempt to resolve my complaint. I have also been unable to identify a UK-registered company for Wow Angel, making it extremely difficult to pursue legal action or enforce my consumer rights if something goes wrong. I am now taking legal action against TikTok regarding this dispute because I believe this matter has been handled unfairly. Based on my experience, I would never purchase from Wow Angel again.
