Everyone needs a red light in their life.
I am in Australia, so the first good experience was that it arrived and in good order. I initially bought it for myself however, our dog (a beautiful, 14 year old Border Collie) was not well and she was wrapped in it for 20 minutes a day. It must have given her relief as she was happy to lie on it. Our gorgeous girl has since made her journey to the next life. The family use it for all their aches and pains, so I have ordered another so I can have mine back. I have referred 2 of my friends to Nuvio also. Great products and a great company to deal with.
