NEVER BOOKED REDBUS AGAIN!!!
NEVER BOOKED REDBUS AGAIN!!! We booked and confirmed 2 tickets leaving at 2.30pm on 22 Oct 2023 from KL to Singapore and paid RM214.44. Upon arrival at TBS counter at 2pm to exchange for bus ticket, we were given 3.30pm bus ticket and ticket price was RM90 each. When clarify with counter, everybody only say they dont knows and when call Customer Service, no one answer the call. This will be my 1st and last time I book using redbus app. Pls be aware.
