Total waste of money
--I got a refund after talking on the phone, if you have problems the chat bot is useless you must call their support center!-- Total waste of money! It only supports a couple of very old android phones (this is the full list: note 3,4,8, II, S3,s4,s5,s6, and some samsung tab devices. that is it). It basically tells you if your phone is not in their very small list of old devices to do a factory reset. 35usd for it to tell me to do factory reset? So I can't remove my lockscreen password nor I can recover my data if i do factory reset! Great! I tried to get a refund and you cant. It gives you an option to chat or talk. If you click chat it gives you a chat bot that takes you in circles and again takes you to the same page where it offers chat or talk. So you can only call their landline.
