WUPRO Cinemo 72-inch Floor-Rising ALR Projector Screen, with Black Crystal screen Poor quality control — plastic trapped inside the roller damaged my new screen I found 3 large pieces and 3 smaller pieces of hard plastic trapped inside the roller of my brand-new WUPRO screen. The plastic created multiple indentations every time the screen was rolled up. Some marks are slowly smoothing out, but one significant mark still isn't and may be permanent. I had to locate and carefully remove all of the plastic from inside the roller myself to prevent further damage. For a screen at this price, customers shouldn't have to dig manufacturing debris out of the roller to keep it from permanently damaging the screen. Luckily, if I don't stare at the marks intently, I don't notice but every now and then it'll catch my eye. I'm upset that I spent $900 on this.
