Extremely poor customer service.
Extremely poor customer service. They do not any phone number to contact. Its extremely difficult get a call back. Received a phone from a lady who could barely construct a sentence and struggled to hold a conversation to which she responded that "you also have an accent" Which was extremely wrong and unprofessional. The Yuka mini 600 is very poor with the edges and leaves them. Struggles with even gentle slopes and it is common for it to be stuck. I am also not convinced the Anti theft features actually work . So overall a very poor experience and won't not recommend it.
