Order for delivery
I placed an order for delivery, we have done this many times before. My order was cancelled, I called the branch at White Lion Retail park Dunstable. The person on the phone could not have cared less. Actually said the delivery is not their responsibility... Shocking considering KFC is using Uber to deliver the food.... So tonight our young boy has come home from football to not have his treat and now has to settle for my cooking. Shame on the giant KFC while they really have too many customers to provide or care about them as individuals. Not to mention we now have to wait up to 7days for a full refund, because yes we are the little people who can wait!
