Breach of Data, possible fraud and theft
I made an account using my Google account. Nothing else, and I made an order with that information only. I did not provide any other details apart from my address, the email on my Google account and my card details to pay. They proceed to somehow make a ghost order and I dint get a confirmation email. They couldn't find anything on their end. Support team emailed me saying its fine I charge back. However a month or so down the line, they somehow obtained my Hotmail, created an account under my name and claimed I have the product the entire time. Who the flying hell do you think you are stealing my info and having the audacity to try and claim my money? Under GDPA you should be arrested and sued. I formally request you delete all my data and politely get rid of yourselves Edit: You can't post an email address on this website but you're completely fine with ignoring rules aren't you? Both you and Ruby from your support team dont seem to mind that you can try to avoid chargebacks based on the fact that you can steal my information and provide the product when you want to give it. Not when I paid for it and got my money back from you scammers. There is not order ID because you never gave one! No automated email. Just the audacity from your employee Ruby to say I opened a charge back when I already told your support team that I will do that. Youre like a brick wall
