Did a pre-order and months later have not received my shoe. Was told that in 2 to 5 business days and 10 business days later still no shoe and they ghost me and quit answering emails. I filed a dispute over my money and canceled my order same day but still dont have my money or the shoe
This company does not need to be in business. Are not professional and do not respond. I placed a pre-order in February for some jordans releasing march and was supposed to them by the end of March or early April. Here we are mid April and never received anything. They responded the couple messages and told me that I would get them in 2 to 5 business days and did not. After that they never responded to any messages. There actual store in new york is closed down and only deal with online. Went to all their social media and tried to reach out to them and never got a response. They ghost it me. So I filed a dispute since I already had payed them and a day later they canceled my order. What a way to do business. I just placed an order from footlocker same shoes and will get them Tuesday. Don't order from them
