Thank you Joseph for the eye-opening session. During the homework, I personally felt really depressed. I couldn't really sleep that night. Next day during the wrap up session, I couldn't hold back my emotions & burst into tears. It was a moment in my life I felt so frail. All my life, I have always given my best in everything I do but always end up struggling to cope. I knew I enjoyed coaching, teaching but most of the time I am drowned with paperwork which I hated very much. Good thing my boss joined these sessions and I really look forward to a change of direction. Thank you once again for letting me discover my talents, and I look forward to using them in full strength.
