SLIGHT CHANGE OF HEART! ACCOUNT STILL CLOSED.
Edited Review: I should have read these reviews before placing my order with this company on their website! Imagine placing an order and then trying to follow up, just to have your account be closed!?! For security purposes?! I'm a customer just like everyone here. I ordered 4 different items, but only received emails for 3 of them. *[(Updated Info: 10/31/23) I actually received 3 of the 4 items I ordered and still waiting for the ONE item I never received an email confirmation for.]* Unfortunately, I STILL can't log in to request a refund, or track my order. There's still no way to contact anyone about this. I've never in my life dealt with a situation like this while purchasing items in China or overseas. I don't have Facebook, so I will not be contacting you there and unfortunately I don't feel comfortable providing pictures of my card. I simply ask that you unlock my account so I can contact the seller for updated information or a refund. Now that my account is closed, all I can do now is wait for DHGate to open my account again. You can email me for verification if needed.
