Awful and they want to keep £125
They have messed up my booking. You cannot get in touch with customer service quickly. Not only of them messed up my booking they wanna keep £125 as commission when they’ve messed up everything in regards to my holiday. If I’ve known the service was so bad, I would never have used. I do not recommend this service at all! Avoid it at all cost because I promise you it is not worth the hassle when you cannot go on holiday because Hipcamp Have messed up your booking and keep £125 even though they’re the ones who made the mistake!
