Efficiencies of a market maker with the personal touch of a Concierge.
Great mixture of finding a market making platform while still providing great personalized customer service. Gives both the buyer and the seller scale to find / sell in a great way but also provides authentication and decreases financial risk via their payment / validation process. Biggest highlight though is getting the efficiencies of the online tool but still quickly responding to emails, speeding up things, working through shipping details with an ownership mentality and personal touch by their Operations Team... Bought my wife a very nice watch on Grailzee and admittedly, it's unnerving to spend that much money on the 'hope' it all works out -- the Ops / Support team supported throughout all the steps and walked us through the nerves with both assurances & actions to make both sides of the deal feel protected and resulted in a great transaction... and a very happy wife who is wearing an awesome heirloom-watch starting the day it was received.
