stay clear of this company, it has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ive ever experienced in my life. have been emailing them on multiple channels for weeks now to RMA a faulty graphics card (an rtx 3090, so not a cheap card) zero replies, no confirmation, nothing, have spoken to Zotac US who actually do reply, but they are unable to help due to regional differences. Their UK phone number is a total waste of time, it rings and rings, then cuts you off. ive called about 20+times and same issue. I have emailed countless times now and literally no response, its comical at this point how bad their customer service is, as its literally non existant lol there is no way to speak to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM ZOTAC, EVER, EVER, EVER!!!!!!!!!!
