Good delivery time 2 1/2 weeks to NZ which is pretty standard. Great product much easier to give my dog in tablet form than powder. The service could be improved by giving an accurate delivery cost upon ordering using postcodes as other companies do, as had to get charged an extra cost for delivery after paying the bill, but the customer service was quick and polite.
