I am trying to be constructive and helpful but am terribly frustrated in dealing with them. I do not know if they are pretending to not understand me or truly do not. When I asked to return something, they said it was cost prohibitive, and would give me a 20% refund. I said OK, then they emailed that they had checked their records and already resent the item to me??? WHAT? Resent an item I did not like and was asking to return? Several weeks later, something showed up from them that I had not ordered, hideous looking, would never have ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, AND BTW, CLOTHES ARAE TRULY CHEAP LOOKING. I just saw your response and have already emailed you numerous times. You either lie and tell me you have issued refund, which you have not, or you respond with something that makes no sense. So I am just considering this a lesson learned and hope that others can benefit from my loss and not make the same mistake in buying from you.
