Do NOT order from here
Do NOT order from here. I ordered an item Sept 28 and here it is Nov 1 and nothing. The item was for my birthday in Oct and I was even told my customer service that it would be delivered Oct 24 (after my birthday) and STILL nothing. When I track the shipment it appears as lost because it’s been “arriving to NY post office” for over 2 weeks. Each time I contact customer service, Chelsea is very rude and demands that I’m patient. This company should be SHUT DOWN.
