Peter did an amazing job not only keeping me update before I would request it and also the speed in which he was able to resolve my ticket. So far Peter has been my main man when it comes to support on Survival servers. Soulmask Shifting Sands Launched so brand new 1.0 launch and I was able to play in the same day thanks to him. The only host site I've not gotten frustrated with service wise.
This was the first time ordering a boosting experience. The person who I was in contact with was able to answer all of my questions (quickly) and they were able to provide consistent updates upon request. I work in the customer service field so I hold customer service to a high level and this group blew it out of the water. I will for sure be recommending them to friends and I know the next time I make a boosting purchase (probably next month), I'll be going directly to BoostRoom
