Sandy made the difference!
Our home had previously been on the market with another realtor for six months and had a few offers, but all of the deals fell through. We terminated the contract with our prior realtor and reached out to Sandy and his Ideal team to list our home- and we're very glad we did! Sandy made sure to stay in touch with us at all times during the showing process and providing us with relevant feedback. He was also readily available to consult when we had questions during the selling process and even provided some tax strategy tips once the sale was finalized. Overall, we absolutely appreciated Sandy's professionalism and his commitment to us and would highly recommend him to other sellers in the DFW area!
