I will keep giving 1 star until someone from Easybook look into my easybook wallet withdrawal is successfully withdrawn. It’s truly disgusted that previous response promise to follow up but it’s just empty promises. Nothing has been done so far. If this continues, i will make police report on easybook attempts to scam people’s money.
I would give ZERO star. I submitted 10 over times to add my SG bank account for my ewallet withdrawal in Easybook App. Keep repeating rejected. Consult whatsapp Easybook team and manage to upload my bank account statement and NRIC for verification. After 2 months, no action done and ewallet money which already submitted pending without any follow up from Easybook. It’s look like a BIG SCAM ewallet and will decide to make police report if this issue continues! Will also submit tribunal claim and make this report to SG relevant authorities.
