Customer service is nothing! There's no such thing! I ordered a food grater with multiple blades. What a joke, they won't shred or slice anything. The food gets bound up in the cup. Suction cup won't hold. It's a total piece of crap I wasted $35 plus on. Took forever to get it, too. Can't find a way to return it, either. But would probably cost a fortune to return Don't buy from this company. They'll rip you off. You'd have better luck, prices and customer service through Temu. Seriously!
