The bambu products are brill.
The bambu products are astoundingly good, purchased an M1 and 2x1kg of filament, very pleased with the quality and price. I paid for the extra insurance with DPD - this was a waste of money and far too expensive (a bit of a rip-off). The filament was sent separately but Royal Mail, this was an absolute disaster. Royal Mail, a constant disappointment, their tracking system told me the parcel would arrive Monday, then Tuesday, and eventually turned up Wednesday. RMs system has no proper complaint system (I did email my complaint) they take 3 days to answer and just give generic replies that mean nothing. If I was the retailer I would stop using Royal Mail immediately and just use DPD or similar. The delivery system is the reason I haven't given five stars, the products are excellent and well priced.
