Outstanding customer service
We bought a make-up mirror that unfortunately was defect. We contacted the support and submitted a video proving that it didn’t work. Two days after Fenchilin sent us a new mirror and we could keep the old one. That’s what good customer service is all about. ! I give them the best recommendations. Anders / Denmark 👍
