Still waiting iam now resorting to get a resolution through the small claim court as bambu just say getting another courier etc still waiting let's see what happens when they get a summons
Been weeks now with my printer not working they send parts for you to fix it etc but my age you find it hard to do especially with small components my first print is fantastic over 1300 hrs on it my second one has 200 hrs . They are giving replacement they say but iam still waiting !!!!! Have now got my credit card company involved . I did love my new hobby in retirment but they have put a damp sqid on the whole afters sales experience. Ordering filiments etc cant fault them printers are fantastic until you need a repair then it goes down hill fast
