Shoddy
I use Lovense a lot due to the nature of my work. I own both the lush 3 and hush. I was gifted a hyphy this year in the summer by a customer. It has since stopped turning on. Lovense can only verify the warranty if they have the serial number. I no longer have the box because, well who keeps the box? Since the thing won’t turn on, I can’t get the serial number via the app like they suggested. They are now suggesting I contact the gifter to get the order number (insert eye roll emoji). Long story short, I use this company because I have to. Not because they are any good. Why don’t they print the serial number on the toy? Well that would be common sense wouldn’t it..
