Things went from bad to worse
Things started out badly. I bought $60 worth of shirts (confirmed) and within a day I saw they charged my credit card $75. I wrote to them and they immediately refunded the $15 overcharge to my card., But that should have been my warning that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing at this company. Shipping is a disaster. No tracking provided without begging after 3+ weeks following order. They said not to worry. At a month past order, still no shirts and no info. Finally, they provided a tracking number from a horrible website (not USPS) and told me the order had been delivered to my mailbox by USPS 2 weeks earlier (at a time when they supposedly didn’t have a tracking number yet). At their suggestion, I checked with neighbors and went to the post office. I checked my order to make sure the address was correct. It was. The post office checked and confirmed that there were absolutely no packages delivered to my address on the day they claimed it was delivered. When I told the company that, they responded with a different tracking number. I went back to the post office. They ran that new number and told me a a package was correctly delivered on that date - to a totally different address in a completely separate part of the county. I wrote to MollyLady again. Then, magically, the shirts were delivered the next day to my mailbox with a return address from a completely different side of the country and completely inconsistent with the two tracking numbers they sent me. Clearly, they have no idea what they are doing and are willing to lie about it to keep their customers frustrated, confused, and waiting. I wishi has seen these previous reviews before ordering from this company. Find your clothing elsewhere! No apologies. Over a month to get an order following lack of info and misinformation.
