Too long between order and delivery!
It took them 10 days from date of purchase to ship and then another 5 days on ground shipping (which was expensive because tubes were 6ft long),, When they delayed shipping, I asked if they would upgrade shipping to make up for the delay, but no reply. The two tubes I ordered were supposedly "stock" tubes. I could have bought these tubes from another supplier I use and they would have arrived in 5 or maybe 6 days as opposed to two weeks. lesson learned.
