Absolutely a scam of a company
**update 2** returned the shoes today after getting the address. They're specific on how to donthe return so its important to follow all instructions I assume. The kicker is it cost a $100.00 to return at the post office regular shipping. A hundred dollars!! If it costs that much to ship how did they make any money at all when the order was only a hundred bucks. Anyway we are out that money now as well until we hopefully 🙏 get our refund plus the cost of shipping. $200 now we are down. No wonder why they dont want you to return. This is just insane. **update** we are waiting on the address to return. They said they'll send the address in 24 hours. Its an address for returns. This makes no sense to not already have a return address on file. Ill gladly update if our return goes through and we get our credit. Absolutely a scam of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They do not honor returns like they say they will. The seller wouldn't accept a return so it was escalated to DH Gate. They made my husband send a ton of pictures and lengthy explanations and went back and forth A LOT. They make you jump through hoops and then when they confirm the return they wont send you the info to return. DH Gate agreed to the return and said they would send him the info within 3 days. Never happened and now they wont reply. Even if they did send the info we are responsible for the shipping costs and then they reimburse you after 50 freaking days! Now the seller is claming DH Gate never approved the return so now my husband is sending them sreen images of the approval. We bought shoes from the seller TreadTrendz. The shoes were GARBAGE. Wrong sizing and very bad workmanship. Never again. Im out a $100 bucks. They literally argue with you and try to gaslight you. Its BAD. DONT DO IT.
