We had the pleasure of having Ann as our tour guide in Zhangjiajie and we really enjoyed it. She was kind, helpful, and courteous at all times, always smiling and never pushy. We particularly appreciated her openness to questions and her willingness to foster a genuine cultural exchange and interaction. It was a pleasure spending time with her and getting to know her. A professional, friendly, and pleasant guide, we definitely recommend! Mimma Italy
