Issue Eventually Resolved, But the Process Was Too Long
I’m updating my review because Sunfere eventually resolved my issue and agreed to exchange my dress for a different style. I appreciate that they finally offered a solution and continued communicating until the issue was resolved. However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The exchange process took a long time, involved many back-and-forth emails, and required repeated follow-ups. As a customer, I expected a much smoother and faster experience. I hope Sunfere improves its customer service and exchange process in the future, as no customer should have to spend this much time to resolve a simple exchange request. Thank you to the support team for finally helping me reach a solution. I hope the replacement dress arrives as expected.
