Received a defective 5 oz round from the Eagle Stacker Starter Set with visible gouges and a malformed rim. When I contacted Scottsdale Mint with photos documenting the defect, they dismissed my concern as being 'unimpressed' with the product and hid behind a 72-hour return policy rather than investigating the issue. I was willing to exchange just the defective round. They refused. I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company. For a mint that calls itself 'The Most Distinguished Name in Bullion,' their quality control and customer service fell well short of that claim. Buy elsewhere.
