Warranty was honored promptly
The dimmer on my Ts-1000 stopped working. The light worked but the dimmer didn't. I contacted the warranty dept and they were very helpful. I was within the 5 year warranty but out of the 2 year limit. I sent payment and received my new part quickly. It was an easy fix and was glad I didn't have to send in my light. Mars Hydro did a fantastic job rectifying my issue. They stand behind their products. Thank you Mars Hydro!
