Hi I m going through a terrible situation with this company,my mi 50inch tv panel was suddenly stop working and the panel is in warranty period so I call on 22october 23 for a complaint and the technician had come on 25th October 23 after checking he said within ten days the panel will get changed but it's been now 25 days I haven't received any call from customer care I use to call them every second day and that say wait for another 10 days this is frustrating
