Pilar is an angel of customer service help and I recommend they give her an equity increase (aka RAISE) for her diligence, concern, & problem solving. I had a shipment never arrive that was marked as delivered & she stuck with me over time & a trip out of town to make sure I received my items. The shift to Trashie.cash & restrictions of closet cash accrual is a terrible direction for their company. I quickly used my Closet Cash before the switch but this change is poorly conceived, if motivation/reward is their aim. I hope they rectify before losing the great original concept of this company.
