The pan works when seasoned before use.
Well, it did not start well at all.There were no instructions included with the pan, so I used it like my old pan and tried stirring the potato slices. They were stuck to the pan and finally I was done. They did not got golden brown. I also had to soak the pan to get the stuck pieces off. They did come off and clean up was easy. I wrote to the company complaining about my experience. They send me instruction on how to season the pan before you use it and how to properly use it. I followed their instruction and this time the results were just perfect. I made cheese blintzes and they came out golden brown and perfectly cooked. Thank you. It is a pleasure to have your pan do what it suppose too. My recommendation to the company is that they include the instructions with each pan, so customers don't have to use it incorrectly and get frustrated. Especially at the price of the product.
