Useless customer support.
Useless customer support. I bought a second hand NQI GTS Sport and It’s been over a month that I tried to bind my phone but after every attempt is shown“Bind permission is forbidden for the product” despite multiple emails I couldn’t receive any help form the support after providing all the documentation asked. They appear to answer with automatic emails ignoring what was written on previous ones messages. Now I’m unable to use the app and all the features including the tracking in case gets stolen. The GPS drains the batteries without any reason I’m not sure how other e-bikes companies are doing but NIU is certainly not a good one.
