You can't track the package. I've never seen such a terrible company; you don't have this problem with AliExpress, Temu, Banggood, or SHEIN. Here, it claims to update every two or three days, but there is absolutely no information on where the item is or when it will arrive. If I can't find a replacement part—though I'm sure I could find one in the Chinese market—I'll just sell the bike cheaply rather than place another order. You don't even deserve a single star.
