7 items ordered and over £100 spent still no items
7 items ordered and over £100 spent on 01/11/2023 and as of 23/11/2023 still no update on the items being shipped to me. Emailed a couple of times to get the same response in some items take longer than others to process. Asked for them to send the items that are available and ready as the website charges postage for each item. Used this company before with great experience but this time is just not good customer service at all. Please sort this out and this will end up a great website for all and I would gladly use a multiple occasions in the future.
