Crooks and thieves. Buyer beware
My elderly and frail parents purchased a smart toilet for medical reasons.... It didn't work. Had three faults. Over the course of two /three weeks my plumber tried to work with these crooks to resolve. We racked up three visits ( all costly) whilst trying to fix. I ended up having to get the old toilet installed again. In requesting a full refund. The crooks declined on a basis of hygiene. Then they offered a refund deducting £50. I have spent days trying to resolve with countless calls, escalations. All with supposed customer experience, and management abilities. Consumer law. I am entitled to a refund in full... These crooks will not refund in full and won't collect their faulty product. My elderly and frail parents are out of pocket to the tune if three plumber visits. An additional £50 and now are left with this poor excuse of a product to dispose of. I would never recommend or shop with these crooks.
